Fall Down! is another awesome title for iOS, the objective of the game is for you to tilt your device and help the ball navigate down the path. It sounds pretty simple, and it is a great game just to play when you are bored.

Tiny Tower is a really well built game by Nimblebit that let's you manage your own tower and ensure that your tower is running fine. You have to assign different tenants jobs and manage your money when stocking up. Another advantage of the game is that it progresses even in the background, so you don't have to be playing it all the time to move it.
And of course, no iOS game suggestion would be complete without Angry Birds. Our current recommendation is Angry Birds Space, it has new birds and overall the new concept is just really well designed. If you are new to iOS, you might want to try the original Angry Birds first, but Angry Birds Space is definitely one of the best Angry Birds games built and will be just fine even for beginners.
